volunteering, micro-projects, and service learning.<\/p><p>The overall goal is to strengthen democratic structures and processes through civic engagement, aiming to reduce economic and social disparities.<\/p><p>The programme will fund activities selected through calls for proposals and provide management support to civil society organisations. Special attention will be given to less-developed areas to contribute to balanced socio-economic growth in the Republic of Croatia.<\/p><p><strong>The programme will be implemented through four data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The objective of the Call for Proposals \u201cStrengthening the Contribution of Civil Society Organisations to Education for Sustainable Development\u201d is to promote the role of civil society organisations in raising awareness about the importance of education and in developing competencies for sustainable development among children and young people, through the design and implementation of sustainable development education programmes.<\/p><p>The specific objectives of the Call are:<\/p><ol><li>to strengthen civil society organisations to implement activities aimed at developing the competencies of children and young people for their active participation in and contribution to sustainable development<\/li><li>to strengthen partnerships between civil society organisations, educational institutions operating in preschool and\/or primary and\/or secondary education, and local communities in raising awareness and providing education on sustainable development<\/li><\/ol><p>The total amount available for financing projects under this Call is EUR 2,620,000.00.<\/p><p>Projects may be funded up to a maximum of 90% of the total eligible project costs. Applicants and Partners are required to secure co-financing of at least 10% (or more) from their own resources or other sources.<\/p><p>Projects must be implemented over a period of no less than 24 months and no more than 36 months.<br \/>The deadline for submission of project proposals is 6 June 2025.<\/p><p>The Office for Associations will organise information workshops for potential applicants.
