This section will be used to monitor, document, and share activities related to the implementation of service learning and community engaged learning, through which students collaborate with civil society organisations and other local stakeholders to address real societal challenges.

The aim of these activities is to connect academic learning with practical experience while fostering civic responsibility, solidarity, and active student engagement in the community. Through collaboration with civil society organisations, students will apply the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies in real-life settings, while contributing to the development of sustainable and innovative solutions that respond to local community needs.

Through a variety of projects, workshops, research activities, and other forms of collaboration, students will have the opportunity to develop professional competences, teamwork, communication, and organisational skills, while gaining a deeper understanding of social processes and community needs. These activities will promote mutual learning, the exchange of knowledge and experience, and the establishment of partnerships between higher education institutions, civil society organisations, and other local stakeholders.

Particular attention will be given to fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to the sustainable development of local communities, strengthen the capacities of civil society organisations, and empower students to become active and responsible citizens.

By sharing these activities, we aim to showcase examples of good practice, highlight the contributions of students, civil society organisations, and all project partners, and encourage other higher education institutions, organisations, and local communities to adopt service-learning as an effective approach to connecting higher education with the needs of society.
