ABOUT THE CALL

Swiss-Croatian Cooperation Programme

The call “The Contribution of Civil Society Organizations to the Development of Local Communities through Micro-projects” aims to stimulate the development of local communities by strengthening civil society organisations in identifying solutions to local needs. The call emphasizes encouraging local civil society organizations from underdeveloped areas to take action within their communities while building partnerships with other civil society organisations, institutions, municipalities, cities, counties, and local citizens.

Project “FitKID: Developing Local Communities Through Sport“
Two micro-projects are being implemented: first about promoting equality and respect through sport, and “ a programme focused on preventing childhood obesity and promoting healthy habits.

GAČANKA OTOČAC

Project „RAZVI-LI-GA: Sustainable Development of local communities of Lika and Gacka“
The project engages older people, children and women in local initiatives, volunteer programmes and micro-projects that address the real needs of the community. Results will be integrated into local policies.

CREATIVE OPTIONS FOR RURAL ACTIVITIES AND CLIMATE

Project „Strength of Ecological Local Renewal“
Through two micro-projects, it brings together the residents of the village of Kolarec to jointly transform a neglected village space into a memorial garden with a sound capsule where the stories and memories of local residents are shared.

ASSOCIATION FOR GIFTEDNESS “DAR”

Project „Bridge of Knowledge and Solidarity for Local Development“
The project strengthens the digital literacy of older people and promotes STEM skills among students, while fostering intergenerational cooperation through mentoring and the exchange of life stories, thereby strengthening social ties and solidarity within communities.

YOUTH CLUB “BE THERE – BE YOURSELF”

Project „Green Connection - Youth, Science and Community for a Sustainable Future"
Through the implementation of five micro-projects, workshops, volunteering activities, training sessions and mentoring, participants acquire practical and theoretical knowledge in sustainable development, STEM, project management and digital skills.

ASSOCIATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF CULTURE AND PRESERVATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE OS 4

Project „Culture in the Community –Microtransformations and Micro-projects for Sustainable and Participatory Development of Public Spaces and Cultural Heritage of Osijek-Baranja Count“
The objective is to foster the development of local communities by strengthening civil society organisations and encouraging citizen participation in planning, with a particular focus on cultural heritage and the regeneration of neglected public spaces.

BURA – FUTURE- SENJ ASSOCIATION

Project „SenjAct“
The project develops two micro-projects: one targeting older people, with a focus on intergenerational solidarity, accessible daily activities and social cohesion; and the other targeting young people through activities that encourage active youth participation and provide support for mental health.

FOOTBALL CLUB BONK BEBRINA

Project „PRO-ACTIVE - Nature, Resilience and Activity – a Community that Breathes Healthy“
The project comprises five micro-projects aimed at strengthening health, resilience and social connectedness through sport, outdoor activities and volunteering.

The project strengthens the local community through needs mapping, educational activities, volunteering, and the development of a “Catalogue of Community Needs and Ideas.”

Project Sunja lives heritage a community for sustainable tourism
The project strengthens the local community through the restoration and improvement of heritage sites, educational workshops and the “Days of Posavina Heritage” event, engaging volunteers and citizens and developing digital content.

DOBRA VOLJA CITIZENS’ ASSOCIATION

Project Let's Move Forward
The project empowers CSOs and young people through activities focused on youth participation in decision-making, the development of social entrepreneurship, volunteering, and the green transition.
